What it does

Generates favicon.ico (16/32/48 multi-size) plus PNGs at every common size (16→512).
Adds the Apple touch icon (180×180) and PWA site.webmanifest icons.
Outputs a copy-paste HTML <head> snippet.
Optional background fill for transparent/non-square logos.
